CANCELLATION POLICY:

For all cancellations, Please contact our support team at support@tru-trav.com or call us at (844) 878-8728 prior to your scheduled departure. While tickets are non-refundable, unless purchased refundable, you will have a credit to use from one year of the date of issue. Any flight cancellations or weather delays, please contact the agency directly to request a refund.
